Apart from the Nagaon beach, Kulaba sea fort is probably the most visited spot during a holiday in Nagaon. Lovated about 8 kms away from Nagaon the fort is pretty well maintained by A.S.I which charges a nominal entry fee.

Birla Mandir - Salaav

15 Kms from Nagaon on the Alibaug Roha route near Salav village is the beautiful 'Birla Mandir'. Built atop a hillock, Birla mandir has Ganesha as the main diety. Aarti at the Birla mandir is performed at at 9.00 am and 7.00 pm everyday.

Akshi beach is well known for its white sand and abundance of Suru trees. Akshi located towards the north of Nagaon beach is a bird watchers paradise and the vast stretch of Akshi beach would almost always be covered in waders and great knots.
